Now THIS is a Spiritual
Thanks for the link, Shrew...fantastic.
And for the record, Oprah...this Southern white girl wouldn't have been like "Huh, what?"...she would have been like..."Praise the Lord!"

This is just breathtaking! Wonderful!Thank you so much for sharing, Shelley and Shrew.
Wow ! I wish I had seen this celebration when it first aired. It lifted my spirits -- Oh happy day !!
Amazing! While I have lost respect for Oprah over the years, this would have been something to see live!
Shelley, I'm with ya sistah. This white, Lutheran, but 1st and foremost Christ-loving girl would have been singing into that mike if it had been handed to me. The Holy Spirit knows no color.
What was this event anyway? Can you imagine being there and witnessing/experiencing it? I love Diane Sawyer, and I hope she got some Jesus that day.
Alicia Keyes is bee-yoo-tiful.
Off topic, but you guys should check out the website hickschick4soul created for Chris Sligh (and Taylor). go to www.freewebs.com/votechrissligh. It's pretty cool (and I must say impressive for a 14 year old).
Soul Patrol and Fro Patro!!!!
Really loved the clip and spiritual music from Oprah.
I had a separate topic without the same spiritual impact -- but it could give you a warm and fuzzy feeling. Tomorrow, the Animal Planet will be airing the Third Annual Puppy Bowl -- it is precious and I hightly recommend tuning in -- even if it is during Super Bowl commercials -- cute little puppies frolicking on a special field with water bowl cams. It is a 3 hour program beginning at 3 pm that is repeated through the evening. The program has a Kitten half-time show and a tail gate party. It is irresistible.
**snap**
Thank ya, Jesus!
lol. Leejolem...you're already telling people about my site. I'm not done with it yet, and I'm still working on Mr. Sligh to get on the monkbot site.
P.S. Thanks Shelley for commenting :)
That was great. Thanks, Shrew and Shelley -- I can just imagine that rush of the Spirit that washed over people -- how fine that is. Maybe some folks got a little taste of Heaven.
HC4S -- nice job on the website, chica! I visited, but could not figure out how to comment.
Thanks so much everyone!!!
Dr Bob--when you get to the homepage click on "the Taylor page" at the top...it's set up as a link with the rest which I don't like at all because it's confusing.
